Does Pakistan Navy Need Heli Carrier?

If PN has money then surely they will go for a good numbers of SSBNs like 7+ of them along with 20+ SSKs and 12+ Coastal SSKs.

I don't this PN will going for it right now because they want what is required at the moment, but may be they might opt for it in future, which is not any time soon.
