I like to cook mutton bhuna with lot of onions(it's like a war to cook it, but awsome results). Also barbecue with veggies/paneer tikka/chicken tikka/mutton(chops and seekh and tikka)/fish tikka/prawns. Added a feather in my cap few weeks back with a crab curry(coconut based courtesy youtube). Tried layered Chicken biryani twice (sanjeev kapoor video on youtube), all was well but the chicken becomes too dry. If anyone knows please advise otherwise a separate thread is imminent. Couldn't find any solution on the net.
Want to try - Erwtensoep (dutch green pea soup) - hurdle celery sticks which I can't find in Pune.
