bro a lot of it is fake news spread by enemies to take advantage of our already peculiar political situation and following him he and that Waqas guy seems to be spreading it with full passion as he is probably young and angry so was venting by spreading these kinda rumors spread by enemy organizations

unfortunately for him and the country- his followers are more than you or I so his venting carries weight

I forgot which thread it was but around a year back I asked a question here on the forum that isn't there a system in place inside army similar to US 25th amendment where the cabinet can denotify the president if found unable to discharge the duties of the office.

The point to note is both CGS and DG ISI were appointed when the conspiracy began late 2021. Speaks volume how transfers and promotions are done in Pakistan army.
