That is not how the military works. People don't step down due to psychotic rants of someone. Whole of PDM was against Faiz Hameed, yet he was IK's favorite. Shouldn't he have resigned too??

Say it as it is , Faisal Nasser is a questionable figure as Identified by many political voices in Pakistan

Normally such a controversial figure should retire and go home

Demand Faisal Nasser to step down as Nation Does not trust he is fit for Job in Armed forces

Very unlikely Naseer is doing without any tap on the back from asim muneer. Company’s head must be onboard totally, in fact he is otherwise Army’s chain of command isn’t working besides he has not removed him yet

Those are serious allegations indeed and must be investigated. IK should present his proof, and the accused must have a fair chance of defense against the allegations. Merely believing one side or the other is not correct.
