I would love to see any other air force do their displays over a city, let alone the heart of the capital..

Windy - The USAF does it pretty frequently. In fact, they fly right above the downtowns of major cities, a few feet above the ground on beaches and on big football game days, right above the crowds of over 100,000 people!!
