• Elements spreading sectarian violence will be prosecuted.
• Comprehensive policy will be formed for registration of Afghan refugees.
• To give provincial intelligence agencies access to communication of terrorists and to strengthen anti-terror agencies through basic reforms in the criminal justice system. Constitutional amendments and legislation will be carried out for this purpose.

If you really wana have proxies running then scrap the NAP and make a new Nationaly Hypocracy Plan NHP Plan instead.

I just need an answer, how many proxies does UK maintain? Probably first have some in your country before advising others.

Dawn is not in trouble. In fact if anything Dawn's stature has risen because this controversy has now been picked internationally and is making Dawn look like a stalwart defender of freedom.

Guys the bottom line is: NOTHING should make your country look bad. Putting Cyril on Exit Control List was stupid. It hands a community desperate for symbols a messiah and it makes an issue that was fading a headline issue again. It makes Pakistan look like a banana republic again in world's media. When nothing is farther from the truth. If you look at how US' media colluded with Clinton to sabotage Sanders you realize our media is freer and more robust.

I do a lot of PR in my work and in this situation my advice is always: Let the new news cycle bury the old.
