I have no problem with a Chinese Getting Canadian, ZERO PROBLEM, just that this forum require you to raise one flag for location, one flag for Allegiance, not doing so would be false flag. Your allegiance is very obviously toward China, (you are using a Chinese CG ship in your profile, hence you need to change your flag to one China one Canada, otherwise it would considered false flag.

Actually I gave you my views and I stick by them. That wikipedia definition should be plenty. If you don't agree, that's your own problem to figure out. The whole point of the thread is how American regime police can murder people in broad daylight and get away with it. I'm interested in you actually addressing the facts and not deflecting attention away by bringing up something unrelated that happened in England or whatever, like your countrymen.

-The DOJ, as you quoted has started the investigation.
-All accused are innocents before proofing guilty.
-If the DOJ report recommend charges, then they will be charged. If not, they would be let go, the important things is is Due Process has been served as DOJ HAD INVESTIGATED

The answer is they did NOT get away with it, as DOJ started investigation, so one 1 of 2 ways can go down.

Either they are charged and convicted, then justice is served and THEY DID NOT GET AWAY WITH MURDER
or They were no charged or acquitted, then there are NOTHING TO GET AWAY WITH

They can only get away with murder like you said either there are no investigation and no charge was laid without a thorough investigation, but since DOJ start investigating, the point become invalid.

Do you honestly believe that the police will be investigated seriously? Due process in the context of a kangaroo court designed to "portray police as positively as possible (to paraphrase the article)" is meaningless. You quote all these legal niceties but they mean squat when your courts are part of the same security apparatus.

I'm sure Saddam's Iraq had similar types of "due process". Does it not bother you that your police are increasingly militarized and can act with impunity and no fear of substantive punishment when they kill people?
