Dabangg song lifted from Pakistani Film

India had copied many Pakistani songs note to note and even movies in the past too. Its not the first time it has happened.
The composers either are dead by now and or too old and out of scene to fight a legal battle.

And i dont think so there would be any.

Still highlighting the theft is atleast a small step to give credit to the original work.

Lolzz Mj i just tuned into a channel on cable and it is showing some Indian movie staring Snajy, Slaman Khan and Karishma kappor. And the story is copied word to word scene to scene from a an Old Pakistani Classic Drama staring legend Shakeel, Javed Sheikh and Zara Sheikh. I forgot the name of the drama but the story goes where Zara Shiekh comes to some job to Shakeel office. His wife is paralyzed and Javed Shiekh is the second hero who gets the lady at the end.

Please do not criticize just for the sake of it. The truth is you people also love watching Indian movies and you cannot deny that.

I do agree that plagiarism is a problem and must be curbed but then why are your composers not suing the people they accuse of stealing their intellectual property.

But he said its good to see my father song is listened across the border, but IMO people dont even know who really sang this song, atleast they shud give him a credit

Seriously we should do that now atleast it will make Indians think twice before stealing Pakistani original work.

On the other hand it is not feasible because Pakistanis would be at receiving end due to visa issues.


Above all we dont have much confidence in Indian court anymore after what happened in Babri Mosque case.

I think we should make a file and highlight such things to that atleast we know who is the original owner
