Attended his janazah, it was massive. As per the hadith his son Akif did the imamat of the Janazah prayers.
Dr. Israr was a great scholar. I request all of u to watch his lecture on "Iqbal's poem Iblis ki majlis shura"

Dr Israr was great religious leader and left behind many followers but now question is who continue his mission?

Allama Mashraqi and Mullana Mududi were also great religious leaders but after their death their mission could not continue.

I think Mullana Ilyas was the greatest religious leader because his jamat (Tabilgi jamat) is working all over the world sucessfully.
