I agree India has massively under performed but atleast India takes responsibility for it's welfare and since it's independence has largely prospered or languished based on it's own merits and demerits. In the end it's Indians who are to blame or praised.

Any other nation will primarily look for it's own interest first no matter how special the friendship. When the time comes China will dump Pakistan like a hot potato and all you will get words of support not deeds like in '65 and '71. Are you ready for that? Pakistan's fate might be dependent on China but rest assured China's fate is not dependent on Pakistan. So Pakistan has no leverage on Pakistan

Pakistan's fate is dependent upon the CREATOR of each of us and every thing surrounding us. That's why all united powers against Pakistan are spot faced, even after spending billions of $s and efforts to disintegrate us. Dear poor enemies do more ..do more.

Pakistan has extensive experience with ballistic missiles and developing the one like DF-21D is not impossible, of course the Chinese can lend a helping hand like they always have, but the point is Pakistani policy makers lack pragmatism and foresight they only come with solutions when the problems arise.......Coming up with creative strategies isn't their forte.
