Yesterday, Indian Air Force reported that one of it's MiG-27 UPG (Upgraded) had crashed in Rajistan and released images of it's wreckage. Amongst the debris was this piece of landing gear. Firstly the MiG-27 nose landing gear has a set of two wheels while the main landing gear has a distinctive cranked arm. Even if one was to believe that this is indeed the nose landing gear of the aircraft and the second wheel has somehow detached from it, does the condition of this equipment resembles of a recent crash and that too of an ungraded platform.
The piece looks as if it's been dragged across the Saharan Desert or picked up from a boneyard.

MiG-27

it is not the front landing gear of a MIG. Mig gear has a little bend. This is rear landing gear of SU30MKI which is straight rod.

Yup that is a SU-30 landing gear from the looks of it, definitely doesn't match MIG-27 pictures. But we need more pictures from this same crash to confirm if they have mixed up old crash parts.
