WE need to stop this conspiracy theory bullshit. MIG 27 was not involved 27 Feb Aerial skirmish at all. and the wreckage of todays crash is clearly of MIG 27 flown from Rajhistan. I ll try to put this bullshit to rest once and for all and mods need to close these bullshit threads
On 27 Feb Western Command of IAF was involved which has almost 16 major airbases spread from kashmir to Punjab, Haryana and Rajhistan. here is the details of bases in Jammu and Kashmir and upper Panjab areas which may ve been involved in 27 Feb affair:-
-Adampur AFS, home to 47 and 223 squadron both eqipped with MIG 29s (No MIG 27)
-Amritasar AFS, home to 1 Squadron equipped with Mirage 2000 (previously in Gawalior) (no MIG 27)
-Awantipura AFS, home to 8 Squadron equipped with MIG 21 Bisons (No MIG 27)
-Bathinda AFS, home to 17 squadron disbanded in 2016 will be re equiped with Rafales (No MIG 27)
-Halwara AFS, home to 9 Wing equiped with SU 30 MKIs (No MIG 27)
-Pathankot AFS, home to 26 and 108 squadrons both equiped with MIG 21s (NO MIG 27)
-Sirinagar AFS, home to 51 squadron eqiped with MIG 21 (No MIG 27)
-Udhampur AFS, home to 153 Helicopter unit and 132 Helicopter flight (No MIG 27)
-Halwara AFS, home to 3, 5 and 11 Squadron armed with MIG 21, Jaguwar and HS 748s respectively ( No MIG 27)
see no airbase at the area of influence of 27 Feb engagement are equiped with MIG 27s so plz stop behaving like gangadeshis and accept it that it was just a crash nothing more nothing else.

in the whole westeren command of IAF there are only 2 squadrons of upgraded MIG 27 UGB and both are based in jodhpur rajhistan, so no it was not shot anywhere else it crashed at the same spot we just dont have enough pictures and details weather it hit the ground nose first or a** first

You can see uproots and burnt patches on the ground. But the reason why it didn't make impact like you would see in Punjab and Kashmir is because its not soft soil, its hard rock. Ever seen the rocky area between Karachi and Hyderabad? Sort of like that. With a low speed and horizontal crash, you wont get much of an impact.

Engine caught fire,jet disintegrates in mid air.no cockpit means high velocity impact but problem is there is no impact Crater which means the incident happened somewhere else.this can also be a missile strike,explosion near engine caused it to disintegrate mid air.
