Hello everybody. Sorry if the question is not the place. But suddenly become very interesting.

Is there any Pakistani national dish (food) which would NOT consisted of 100 incredible/exotic ingredients. But could be easily prepared from the most common products from common supermarket? : ) In honor of joining this forum I decided to cook something from pakistani kitchen.

I'd be happy to recipes and tips!

Later I tell about outcome of culinary experimentation : )

Well, I cooked all (with little help of mother): and namak para and curry chiken.

Namak para was real tasty with tea like a snack, but it was hard for me with preparing (i accidently little boiled one of fingers).

Chiken... hehehe. It been so good, that my family members eat most of it, I have only small piece. This orange chicken with white rice ant some green herb above looked great.

Thanks again for tips.

easiest recipe should be -Sindhi kadi with rice - its yellow curry with boiled rice. perfect light and healthy meal. Kadi - is made from yogurt and chick peas flour. should be easy google it might help.

another easy one is - Lamb pulao - its like paella but much tastier ;) with pind ki fregrance.- use cumin seed and curry powder for extra flavour.

Also try videojug.com, great for all recipes.
