I am against death penalty. If there is miscarriage of justice you can't fix it. And you know the Pakistan legal system. It serves no purpose. Of more import is law enforcement, prison sentances. Meaning catch em, lock em. Castration is great idea for those being released. In UK many who are released go on to rape again. Castration would end that.

They often do this with goats ,bulls etc so they can gain weight and don't concentrate on females. With donkeys and dogs so don't breed.
