Rapists who have been chemically castrated and then somehow after some time released won’t they turn into worse criminal murders?
I think all rapists should be killed nothing lesser. That way it can serve as a deterrent, we won’t have to spend money housing them in jail, and we forever get rid of those ppl.

Otherwise, he is to be punished (i.e., if there is no proof that the hadd punishment for zina may be carried out against him because he does not confess, and there are not four witnesses, then the judge may punish him and stipulate a punishment that will deter him and others like him).

You're saying Imran Khan is a munafiq because he is not establishing hudood. Do you know that hadd punishment can only be carried out if there is proper Shari'i evidence (confession or four witnesses etc)? In the absence of such evidence qadhi/judge can award any other punishment which will now be termed as Ta'zeer and not Hadd.
