He confessed before a Magistrate and the Court that he was tasked by RAW to plan, coordinate and organize espionage and sabotage activities aiming to destabilize and wage war against Pakistan in Balochistan and Karachi.
We shall hang him due to his confession.

No the proof will be provided by the GHQ because if India provides proof GHQ will not accept. Looks like he was commissioned by Pak army rather Indian navy.

How can be an Indian national can join Pak Army. If he was retired from Indian Navy from where we can share documented proof of his premature retirement. A person is confessing that he is serving Indian naval officer than which evidence you are looking for like an arch of covenant.
He had been retired from the navy, he also says the samething in the first video too.
