COAS arrives in Quetta to attend Baloch Recruits passing out parade

Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa arrived in Quetta on Monday morning, where he will be the chief guest at Baloch Recruits passing out parade, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement.

COAS General Qamar Bajwa will also address officers at Quetta garrison later, ISPR said.

Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa Monday (today) said that timely completion of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) will usher a new era of development in the province

“The timely completion of CPEC will usher a new era of development in Balochistan and Pakistan Army is committed to this objective,” General Bajwa said while addressing the passing out parade of Baloch Recruits in Quetta.

He said Balochistan is an integral part of Pakistan and its resources would in future open new paths of progress for the people of Balochistan.

Development in Balochistan would ensure peace and stability in the country, the army chief added.

“That is why certain elements are trying to destabilise this province.”

He said the betterment of law and order in Balochistan is the “foremost priority of the government” and in this respect, the Pakistan Army is assisting with the training and capacity building of police and other law enforcement agencies.

It’s not Baluch regiment passing out parade as Baluch regimental center is in kpk even Punjab FF centers are in kpk only sindh and NLI centers are located in respective provinces this is Baluch recruits belonging to other arms or special center established for Baluch recruits in Quetta
