I honestly cannot understand how Shahzeb Khanzada and the Geo crowd are citing the Gulalai judgement, and then the previous SC judgement regarding the Dy Speaker's decision.

The previous SC judgement clearly says 'parliamentary party'. The only people who are saying this is a legal move by the Dy Speaker and spouting it live on TV aren't even reading the actual operative part of the judgement. They are reading the preamble of the order where the court gives an introduction of the issue, and portraying it as the order.

What exactly are the standards required these days to go on TV and spout BS? They are rock bottom.

Had the SC not given that concocted order, especially when the constitution CLEARLY says that Buzdar should be the legal CM, then Hamza would not be the CM right now.

So why is N league crying when they are clearly benefitting from it?

Ab if they want that any illegal thing they do be covered by the SC, then they are stupid. They are still living in the 90's where they think pressurizing state institutions is the go to strategy aur awam paghal hai...but now it's the age of information. They have done that before.. The investment is huge.. Supreme Court bar, media houses, journalists, bureaucracy... all the institutions have been infiltrated..
