What's there to understand?
You don't need to know music theory to be able to enjoy classical music.

Just listen buddy.

For newbies, suggest something melodic like Mozart's Symphony No. 40 or something exciting like Kachaturian's Sabre Dance.

Can we have Dailymotion links rather than Youtube?

Good call. We should all do that from here on.

Here are some of the ones that I have posted so far:

The Blue danube by Johann Strauss II.

Moonlight Sonata

I'm trying to introduce them to a wide range of classical, so I've included different pieces here and there by some of the more known composers, some waltz, mostly parts that have been used a lot in Pop culture. Stuff they've all heard before but don't know of as such.

And yeah, Mozart's 13th and 40th fit the bill.

If you are a Strauss fan, Radetzky March is already on your list, probably.

An' some more...

JS Bach, Air.

Claude Debussy's 'Clair de lune'

It certainly is.
I remember a local orchestra, the Richmond Orchestra performed it, that's when I first heard it and it was good.

One of the best pieces to listen live is Carmina Burana Fortuna Imperatrix Mundi by Carl Orff.

I've never had the pleasure of listening to it live, but even just sitting here at home it gives me goosebumps.

Put it on your Bucket List please. The dynamic range of the live performance will blow you away compared to mere goosebumps. :D

Not much into Classical music, but I hope this counts in your wish-list!

Aap ki nazron ne samjha by Lata M.

Link doesn't work buddy. It redirects to youtube's main page.

Sorry have corrected it now. :)

Check this one out.

A classic you've all heard before, Ode to Joy (Symphony no.9) by Beethoven.
Performed with a bit of a twist. This has to be one of the best flash mobs I've ever seen.
