Smarter is not Eugenics...it could benefit the nation and the whole earth. Smarter ppl can make human progress faster. Just like eliminating genetic diseases serves each individual well...smarter ppl on the planet would serve the whole species and earth well.

China has put the Tiangong-1 space station into orbit. The Chinese Tiangong-2 space station is also currently in orbit.

The nation would be better off investing in quality education and kindling entrepreneurial spirits (not going to happen in such an oppressive society unless drastic changes are made) than to fool around with a surrogate marker.

Agree with the above policy. If we want nations, cultures and races to become more advanced and progress, eugenics is a must. Inferior, low iq and unproductive people need to be passively eliminated.

It depends on what "unproductive" means in a particular society. In India, a person with two college degrees would be celebrated even if he or she is not actually intelligent.

The population with the highest IQ is actually Ashkenazi Jews with an average of 110-115.

If you are referring to the success of Israel as a society then don't you think it is more to do with a sense of survival of Israel??

That is my point - In South Asia, education means college degrees. Taking risks and being revolutionaries ( in whichever field ) is generally discouraged.
