High IQ or low IQ is too brute and direct. It probably wont produce the desired effects. Rather there should be a cultural promotion of its intelligent people as role models. Intelligence can be defined in many forms based on one's cultural and environmental needs. The ones who are deemed intelligent can receive better opportunities and eventually having more productive children, making everyone's lives better.

The key word should be productive not IQ.

I dropped out of college and think of myself as reasonably intelligent and educated but my seed would not be considered in this program I suppose.

IQ is a psychological
weapon by west to *rule* their former colony to make them submissive in a subtle way, like a pseudo religion. In short, this imply that white is born to do professional and intelligent work, black should do labor work or sport, or dance etc.

If I have enough resource, I can do an experiment to prove that *cultural orientation* is the major factor contributing the distribution of IQ scores among different race and ethnicity. e.g.
I can adopt 10 African blacks, 10 South Asians, 10 Chinese, 10 European, all are below 5 years old, I will train them by same material, feed them by enough nutrition, force them to spend same time on education. My expectation result is - no significant difference among these kids, you probably find a black academically excel all others 10 years later.

There're difference of intelligence among people however only few are superior to others, this has nothing to do with race and ethnicity, majority are common people, very smart and very stupid are both rare case.

In this forum, IQ is apparently a psychological weapon to fight each other, Chinese understand Indian is very pro west and believe the words white told them, so the
concept of IQ invented by west is effective to make Indian feel embarrassed about their score in this game. don't take it serious.

this system will give the opportunity for couple to have their children higher IQ.
if the parents got average IQ 120-130, than their baby will have average IQ 140.
if the next generation parents have average IQ 140, than their baby will have average IQ 150.

It reminds me of Nazism! You know Hitler kills 'inferior' people (non Aryan, gays, disabled people, etc) therefore only 'superior' people would exist.

Gattaca was a very good film. One of my favorites in fact. Human will is the strongest tool in the universe and trying to play God only ends in blowing up in your face.

It's funny you would say such a naive thing about the Chinese considering that the Chinese are projected to become America's replacement within a couple of decades.

Surely the Chinese must be doing something right that they have made it this far?
