but India exists..... and u also invaded Tibet....:rofl::cool:

Tibet was always regarded as part of China by all of the countries in the world. If China invaded another country, I'm certain that US, which was totally against china at the time, didn't even said that China invade another country. Its because China send their troop to a piece of territory that everyone believe belongs to China.

therefore stop asserting that China invaded Tibet. What you are saying is equivalent of me saying that India invaded Goa or Sikkim. Did India invaded these areas?

What a stupid argument concerning India's exist with the support of

name related to Indians to start with;

The Indian Citizenship Act of 1924 granted U.S. citizenship to all Native Americans

So go by your logic, does this also proof of the exist of India in

1924 too ?

Yes, there was a land called India but no state or nation called India. The same as there is a land called Asia,but no nation. As to Taiwan issue, you may go to the China defence branch. There is a thread where you can learn a lot, if you are really interested in.

I think country/state is always a piece of land. It can't be virtual/imaginary entity. Similarly china is also piece of land.

I don't know what chinese people read history in their class??

Human defined territories and border! Who defined India current border? Who makes India a nation?

Does it mean that any state in India can declare its independence if the majority of the population decide that it wants to form its own country? So if a plebiscite in a state, can it gain independece? Can this also be applied to Kashmir?

In international relationship, recognition of the international community is more important. Its the defining criteria that determines who owns a land.

India wants its border to be the furthest extension of the British imperial claims. However, people in here refuse to recognize that India nation today was created by the British.

You think??? Sounds like you are not so certain, isn't it. There are many criterias of a nation, but it must consist of a strong central government that has effective control over land within its boundaries. The current government in New Delhi has effective control over all of India so India is a nation. The current existance of India came from the British Indian Raj.

Wang Lixiong, a Beijing-based writer whose research works on Tibet have been circulated within the communist party, says the current crisis should serve as a “wake up” call for Chinese leaders that their rapid economic development policy in Tibet is a failure.
