Yes. You believe the Chinese CGI? One needs originality to create some CGIs. Clearly, its a PS job, official to boot! Check out pics of the Japanese Hyuga class. Interestingly, Japan classifies these as Helicopter carrying Destroyers because of a clause in their constitution which forbids them to build 'offensive' weapons such as aircraft carriers!

Look again, the ships are completely different. The helicopters were simply in the same position, thus creating the illusion that it is a PS.

it is a no brainer for the Chinese navy to build and operate such stuff.

when japan already have multiple of them, you need ships in the same class to handle those japanese ones, you don't use a full size carrier to provoke some international issues.

Check the helicopters, check the ship; the superstructures and hull are totally different and the helicopters are not even remotely related.
