from the subject its obvious that China is getting threatened from INDIA...with India's long range missiles & AWACS..theyre feeling the heat..and wants to make a wedge between US & India, even though War is remote between India & China and China knows India cannot match its strength in military & economy, however they know that India can do some devastating damage if any confrontation takes place.
INDIA should be an ally with US and acquire all high tec weapons until its confident to match CHINA by having high tec force multipliers, then talk peace with strength with its neighbors !!!

Whether india owns indian ocean or not is irrelevent. What is important is india owns its long coastline and its exclusive economic zone and has a vision and resources to monitor the developments that may affect her strategic and economic interests in indian ocean.
