The next step by 2013 should be 120 tons of LEO, then that one would be on the level of Saturn V.

What India did was two big fireworks last year, they can't even build a proper cryogenic engine.

China had 15/15 success last year, this year will be 21/21. Do you see the difference?

Long March 5 gonna launch in 2013 with 25 tons of LEO, and this one likely in 2015. And we will come up with something comparable to Ares V before 2020.
