What's new

China still needs time to develop

.
this proves You know nothing about our BPO, So its advisable to keep off.... Our customer support has been Consumer friendly, and Ofcourse we even change Our names to facilitate them... We doing so much, So if You do not know about our BPO, please atleast do not bother Insulting it...

I never said unfriendly services. If you read my previous post carefully, you would have noticed me saying "I want someone who can speak properly on the other side of the line." You know plenty well that complaining customers come in rage when phoning up tech support, that's why you need crew who can support that kind of workload.

Get it?

See, the above is EXACTLY what I was trying to exemplify this whole time. Rachel or whatever her name is above me literally made NO sense in any of her posts, pity that. See, that's why Indians don't deserve the customer services positions that are offered today around the world. THEY PISS CUSTOMERS OFF! When we troubleshoot, we expect an amendment FAST, not some dumbho who can't communicate properly wasting our time on the other side of the line. Now, I'm starting to appreciate Malays and Papuas' for their talent in IT support services...

P.S. Thanks to IA for taking the moral stance, you came a little late.

another Chinese jealous of Indian ability and their own inability...
but i wont fight on this silly topic because i promised to IndianArmy not to. :)

Anyways, if you promised IA that you wouldn't reply, then who's message exactly am I quoting??:rofl::rofl:

Well, how do I make this sound nice...

OK look, I'll use this example I encountered 2 days ago, ftr, this isn't made up on the spot.

So, I made a phone purchase for an Alienware M11x notebook the other day. The Indian rep, had no idea what he was talking about. Obviously, the amount of heat the CPU in the 11" laptop with a max. TDP of 18W is about as high the chassis can effectively dissipate, hence a Quad Core I7 option is IMPOSSIBLE. What the rep told me, was completely bullox, even contradicting what Dell's official website stated, telling me the I7's were Quads... What an amateur mistake... Clearly, he was only interested in making more sales. Also, not being racist or anything, his accent wasn't the best either.

Anyways, Dell reps have a history to be clueless about what they're saying, so I'm not picking on Indians here. All I'm saying is that while you may boast you have a handful of brilliant technicians, you cannot take a handful and make it into the majority. That is fooling not only others, but yourself too.

Just my 2 cents ;)

Ho ho... Careful there, these days, it's more of the opposite way around. Have you called up AT&T customer services recently? Yeah? You know what I'm on about. OK, the following experience is EXACTLY why Indians should go back to the classroom and LEARN PROPER grammar and pronunciation:

OK, my broadband was down the other day so I called up my ISP to get updates on WTF was going on. I was FURIOUS that day, prior to calling up since I was in the middle of a couple of good games with my conn CONSTANTLY DC'ing.

So, I got connected to customer services and the 1st thing I hear was this DARNED ANNOYING ACCENT. Alright, I thought I'd just put up with it for 5 mins and just fix my internet. Frankly, it got so bad I couldn't make out what the fella was saying. I had to eventually hang up and get another rep on the line just to resolve a simple conn issue I had. What up Indians? If you look around, there are plenty of Aussies around getting pissed off over the issue, since Indians are only hired because they're CHEAP laborers. Little do companies know they pay more by hiring Indian customer services after getting sued by countless numbers of unhappy and annoyed clients.
Simple message behind this story? INDIANS, go LEARN PROPER ENGLISH and get rid of that darned accent of yours, seriously...

I think this is SHCHINESE.
