You illiterate, Winning a war is quest of IQ. If mere military hardware we would never win a war because our opponents have more men more military stuffs. The military balance between between US and allies vs North Vietnam was 100:1! despite all weapons support by USSR and China.

Another case: the imbalance between China and Vietnam in the war of 1979 was 10:1.
