ACs are not paper boat that you can make whenever it rains and have fun.

China does not have a single AC till date. It will take china minimum 2015 to have their first AC, then the practical experience to operate and formalize with it takes another 10 years.

Then also they will lack in the real time war experience.

On the other hand India have decades of experience of operating Aircraft careers and practically using it at times of war.

India will have 3 ACs by 2017 and will have 2 more, total 5 ACs by the time china learns to operate one.

We don't need Naval base in Pakistan

Correction: India has one really old and really small AC that is retiring. It is no longer operational and still undergoing refitting (so it isn't ready). And being from the Brits it is designed for VTOL harrier types, which are really useless.
