Vietnamese government has found a workaround for that situation, so they don't need to confront China. Since China' CG launched a fierce crack down on fishing activities inside Vietnam EEZ, Vietnamese government send their fishing fleet to Natuna instead. Wrong move though

Coast guard ships in Indonesian waters are going to protect what, seriously. There would be no ship v ship conflict if things get nasty it would be coastguard v TNI–AU SU-30 and anyone here can tell you how that would end.

philippine and Vietnam already settle the differences. New Duterte wants to mend ties with China and Vietnam all the while is ok with China despite small little skirmish. They has not file tribunal against China which show their restraint.

Nonsense. From woody island has already declared operation and we have even send J-11B there which cause US to protest against us. It not just about speed but situation awareness. Indonesia Air Force without AESA AWACS is absolutely handicapped against PLAAF. Who could 24 hours deploy and monitor the whole sea and knows what coming and going out. We have 4 KJ-2000 and 6 KJ-200 to ensure shift and full time monitoring and not to forget. Our real time monitoring satellite helping us to watch over the hotspot if needed.

Indonesia is just a backward third world countries with no space asset and advance AESA. Thinking you can beat us is just a fat hope day dream. The only chance you have is to lick the boot of Uncle Sam and beg them to help you to stand any chance of standing up against the Chinese. We are no more the 70s 80s armed forces. We are a full pledge all time/ weather fighting force.

Useless.. all that stuff is useless.. We already saw what happen when 2 units China CGs, 10.000 ton, have to face 400 ton potrol boats in Natuna. They immediately run away with their tail between their legs! Defeated! Just like that, surrendered and let our authorities did their job.
