Subs visiting Lanka is very normal for PLA navy in the future as we got more capable fleets in service, the fish pond of SCS can't contain those ships anymore, we bound to have a navy crossing over the pacific even to Indian ocean. You can't say the temporarily staion of subs in Kolombo threat you and Called Lanka authority to reprehend like father to son. Lanka is an independant country has its own stakes between China and India, you certainly have your very special way to impose influence Lanka. Providing berthing dock for Naval warship is not normal practice. It is an alarming practice.

It is a sign that SL is providing support to enemies of India and an indication of things to come unless its nipped in the bud. It is an act of an unfriendly nation and will be seen as one. It will also provoke action from India that is unfriendly in nature.
