The reason they dared again is something Pakistanis are conveniently ignoring here. China is tasting its own medicine, if you have missed. What irked them most is the rapid infrastructure build up on Indian side. Areas that previously needed 7 long arduous journey now needs only less than an hour. That is why Chinese patrols are clashing with Indians so often.

And with time, with more Integrated battle groups, spcialized mountain battalions pouring in the region the Chinese dominance will slowly fade and we will see a balance if not exactly equal. Its a fact that has been happening on ground over the past 3/4 years and an obvious miss by Pakistani and Chinese posters here.
