China offers Pakistan drones but India is not ruffled

Okay. India is capable of it, but won't do it despite USA and Israel having similar drones. Looking forward to Gharak appearing. I seen a small model and your excited about that?
Israel or USA is also not using UCAV in contested areas. Only areas like Afghanistan where the militants are underarmed and have cheap equipments, these drones are used. India does not have such places where enemy is underarmed.

India has provision of making Rustom as UCAV and missile integration also has been tested. It just won't be assigned for that role for now. India is very well capable of changing the decision any time. It simply does not make sense to have UCAV against stronger enemies

Nice, india is just like a regular punching bag of China, all they can do is to cry to their master america which is useless.
We know who the master of philippines is. India has bought S400 just now and other deals with Russia are in the pipeline. India is also buying oil from Iran. India does not care for USA's words. India has its own agenda

Selling propeller based drones does not change the equation much. It is as good as Indian Rustom drones. These can be easily tackled even with primitive AAA artillery air defence

It depends on what sensor it Carry's because with capable radar or DB-110 type pod it will be very lethal in NCW environment.
