You are not familiar with how Google and Apple push back at the government, refuse to give access to their customer's privacy, and I don't expect everyone to be informed or have an interest in possessing such knowledge.

However, having read your opinions here on many occasions, and given your preference to speak in favor of all things related to China. May I assume you would give support to your goverement requiring all Pakistanis to do the same? Up to changing your current Democracy to a Chinese type dictatorship with state dictating every facet of your life and no recourse to challenge it?

That's because PRISM have no jurisdiction within US toward US Subject (both US Citizen, Legal Resident and US Corporation) PRISM can only be used by the US Government on these entity if a accompanied warrant was issued by Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, and since 4th amendment is in place, this was rarely granted.

And it was written clearly in FISA act that individual who abuse this and use PRISM or Patriot Act on US subject would be liable to judiciary punishment and also subsequently, any evidence under PRISM or Patriot Act that illegally used against a US subject would not be able to use in the court of law.

Actually, there are a lot written in FISA and Patriot Act that limits its use, people don't generally talk about that because once they hear about FISA and Patriot Act, it instantly related to violation of people privacy.
