However, defense policy expert Blake Herzinger said that Del Toro's remarks were typical of the US Navy's leadership response to China's ascendant shipbuilding program, which he said tends to criticize China rather than acknowledge US failures, CNN reported.

In his speech, Del Toro also said China does not face the same restrictions, regulations and economic pressures that hound US shipbuilders while accusing China of using“slave labor” in its naval shipbuilding program, without providing corroborating evidence.

So were all the other 34 countries in the Americas that represent almost 30% of the world's land mass and over 1 Billion of its population.

1) 003 is not the first aircraft carrier to launch 5th generation aircraft

2) FC-31 and J-35 are two completely different aircraft, FC-31 is only a technical proving aircraft and its subsequent modification will become a foreign trade version, while J-35 is a new airframe structural framework, different aerodynamic shape and a new aircraft incorporating J-20 top technology.

3) IRST + FLIR = EOTS

4) The Navy UAV is unlikely to be the FH-97, public information has the AR-500 and I think there will also be a variant of the GJ-11
