Kornet have way farther range but are very heavy, and would probably be useless against T-90s which would be unlikely to penetrate a platform made by the same country. How about Pak gets licensed production of Ukrainian, or Belarusian Kornet equivalents with full TOT?

How about vehicle mounted Kornet equivalents from Belarus or Ukraine? 7.5km range would allow engagement from way past where Indian direct fire could engage. HJ-12 would be MANPATS for infantry and this would be mounted on IFVs, and APCs.

Well, Russia knows the strengths of TOW 2 for sure by capturing examples, so probably they have given ways to counter it with armor to India already so I doubt if that would be sufficient today. You are correct in saying that HJ-9 or HJ-10 could work, but TOT should be a precondition.

No every military tech from china is not accessible to Pakistan,and HJ-8/Bakhtar Shikan is licence copy, and this project not included any kind of TOT, we improved it by ourselves
