China hackers enter Navy computers, plant bug to extract sensitive data

They should develop their own networks and OS to work and bring NSA workstyle platform. All the information should be encoded into ciphers using offline supercomputers and cryptology. separate computers should be used for internet using filters. They should make their working style little more professional.

As far as my knowledge goes, no sensitive information is maintained on computers connected too the internet , as a matter of they don't even have input ports for I/O devices.

There are 2 ways Chinese hackers can get data.

1.Tempest attack , which means they have to get as close say 15m of the switched on computer with sensitive data. Although i'm sure temptest countermeasures would be in place.

2. Intercept data while transfer, that again requires login credentials which are usually valid for a specific session, i.e they become useless after the session ends (i.e say 2-3 mins).

Both are beyond the expertise of Chinese hackers.
