China simply doesnt have the balls to do anything...even if they are (said to be) more powerful in terms of infrastructure, no of armed forces and the firepower. If had any balls, they would have had done something concrete against any of the countries it is in brawls with..vietnam, japan, phillipines, Taiwan,you name it...an here its India..much powerful than these countries..it just tries to reap benefit by scaring its opponent..wherein reality it has no balls to act...if ot has half the balls of what the chinese members claim here..they would have already attacked and defeated the IA troops in front of them and continued what they started...they wouldnt have stopped.

No concessions will be made to the Chinese they are asking us to stop Infra development on our side which we can/will not allow
& also the Armed forces & the Border Infra is currently under massive Modernization Program we need to wait till 2020 till we can effectively Fight them of If & ever a war occurs

I'm sure they are sane, but how do you reconcile the latest move with the narrative of China and India being partners? They can be sane and still view India as an obstacle to overcome (at least when it comes to the territory and geopolitical influence issue).

This is essentially China interfering in domestic Indian affairs (building infrastructure) in a very blunt way if we take the assumption that 'the territory the Chinese army units are on is Indian' as a given and the demands China makes to remove them.
