Right now CSSC should focus on building many 052D & 055 DDGs for PLAN, after finish PLAN requirement China can export 052C/D DDG to World Weapons Market.

Nobody told u S300 = HQ9, China had S300 system much earlier than Vietnam.

If im right here, ur Vietnam never test S300 vs Brahmos, coz Indian didn't sell Brahmos to any foreign nation yet. And India also didn't buy S300 from Russia, so u really don't know whether S300 can detect Brahmos missile.

These things right now are far from being ready.

Right now, DDG 1000 will not have the laser weapons, and it's gun is still the traditional 155mm one with more stealth features.

Don't forget that the future Type 055 variants will also become larger, thus it can also serve as a platform to host those futuristic weapons.

Indian government doesn't releases the pics, although it declares all missiles launch and testing. I will try to find related news and pics both although pics do seem hard to find because of its strategic nature. Very limited weapons fall under strategic category under which their significant timeline is released officially but no pics and videos. It applies to anti ballistic missiles, nuke subs and very few others. But I will try to find.

the diplomat had reported abt this sale in the news dtd 02 august 2013. Possibly PMU and VM varients were ordered around 10 years back in a secret deal. Also if one goes for more deeper information, will find one billion doller deal mentioned especially for Russian anti missile system along with 40 SU 30 fighter, its mentioned in rediff news.Additionally Centre for Strategic and International Studies reported on July 26, 2010 that India had purchased S300 in 1995 after China supplied Pakistan M11 missiles. Also it has to be noted that its nearly impossible to tell how many of these are in active service, and I believe it to be some where between 5 to 7 squadron. Even the Flight III/IV could have these futuristic weapons, then why the Type 055?
