China and India agree to end doklam stand off

I am all for peace bro but not at the expense of Chinese territorial sovereignty. This place had nothing to do with India. My bet, India agreed to something in exchange for a face saving retreat.
So far it was your nationalism on your post. After this heart breaking news..its your ego speaking. Let it sink in bro. Lord Buddha has said - "let go of things that makes you egoistic".. yeah he said this.

India’s foreign ministry said on Monday it had agreed with China to an “expeditious disengagement” of troops from a disputed Himalayan border area after a months-long stand-off.

“In recent weeks, India and China have maintained diplomatic communication in respect of the incident at Doklam,” India’s Ministry of External Affairs said in a statement, referring to an area close to the borders of China, India and Bhutan.

“On this basis, expeditious disengagement of border personnel at the face-off site at Doklam has been agreed to and is ongoing.”

The announcement comes ahead of a meeting of BRICs countries in China this weekend. The bloc comprises Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.
Basically just repeating what 'NEW DELHI' says. We don't know what is the agreement and who is withdrawing first, we do know the announcement to withdraw came from Delhi first.

The compromise: China finishes building the road, but must permit Indians to enter and defecate on it.

Hard to say who won...

Don't worry CPC will pay your cents though for the enlightened post on PDF.

Lol

LOL... and Pakistanis were getting ready to attack India on western front to help China... LOL LOL

There is nothing to hide. Remember that India is a democracy. An simple Right to Information application would make Indian government legally bind to reveal the information on the standoff.
Yah the same right that failed to expose the Indian withdrawal to 40 soldiers?

But would be advisable for us to maintain a vigil as a agreement with the chinese might not be worth the paper it's written on. They are a untrustworthy and devious lot.

It's just a stop-gap action for India government to retreat from Doklang, cause their backyard is on fire.

China shall keep reinforcing its stand in Doklang area to prevent any further misadventure from India side.

India can't afford a war with China.

It's a diplomatic failure of India government, a big frustration for Modi.

China has not said anything. They will call Indian bluff. Satellites are positioned properly. Pictures would emerge.

Our Indian friends have gone back with tails between legs? :D:D:lol:
