Chief of Air Staff, PAF, visited Turkey , spent 4 days - DGPR PAF

There is no transference of knowledge both ways and with production also the flow is one way. The flow will be two way between Turkey and Pakistan. So it is a much more mutuly beneficial situation for both cointries.

We can ask Turkey to offer 500 annual scholarships and allow internships to Pakistani students. Turkey can invest in Engineering, pharmaceutical, IT, Tourism and defense sector in Pakistan. We need to turn unskilled workers in to skill worker. Turkey can invest In Skill labor program to train pakistani people.

I agree on some of the points you have elaborated. I think you will find Pakistan is not too far behind in many of the fields. We need to get subcontracts to keep our units busy. I think there are some scholarships available to Turkish universities. What we need now is noint collaboration and setting up of subsidiary industries for production of subsystems for produ ts used by both countries.

İt already is to a great extent. İf İ remember correctly even JF17 was in recent Anatolian Eagle, no?

Azeezam! Anatolian Eagle is not an exercise arranged by PAF and what I said is that more TuAF participation into exercises arranged by PAF in Pakistan.

Secondly, today is Jumma Mubarak, I dreamt that our training and exchange program isn't the usual one like before but it may be directing us to lot of more surprises and much more for the rivals as well. I will really hope to see PAF personnel being trained/exchanged for upcoming upgrades/flying and Turkey is the first choice for many reasons including Economically on the top.

@Raider 21 @SQ8 isn't that possible agenda points of discussion if you got my drift? No doubt Turkey defence industry is advance and Pakistan can get lot of help in areas for our fleet/UAVs etc.

Well said The Eagle and Ahmet Pasha. I totally agrre with both. A strong historical link between both Turk & Pak is still gleaming. Along with knowledge exchange both must cooperate in a wide variety of arms production, as you said above. Turkey have good hands in UAV, ships, jet fighters, copters and computer production. A Turkish defence production company is also working in Pakistan now (??).
May be one day we come to know , what is being developed by Turkey and Pakistan, undisclosed yet ?

Consdering their ages and Covid maybe this photo op was not a great idea.....

it’s not about age, it’s all about how healthy they are and their diet. Turkish diet is very balanced compare to ours. We have the worst diet and bad eating habits. We eat Nihari at night and go to sleep, a dish which was created to be eaten in the morning.

We can’t judge people’s health based on the pictures. Also, COVID symptoms are different for different people. Some people only get sore throat, some get diarrhea, some people get fever cough congestion, some only get congested, some only get body aches. For those with severe symptoms like fever, cough, and congestion, hospital are now giving them anti-body rich plasma to help fight the virus. It usually take 48 to 72 hours for anti-body to start working.

Every sensible person on the planet is taking precuations, even COAS. ACM is on an international visit meeting many foreigners. Just surprised precuations not being taken here.

Hi,

Engine tech was only given freely one time---By Churchill to the russians---.

The reason it is not given freely---?

There is an old british adage---given them guns---and you give them an uprising---give them cannons and you are giving them a nation---.

Same with a fighter aircraft engine---.

The reason china is struggling---because it engine program development got sabotaged by the west---.

The west knew that the chinese are after the technology---and will get it one way or the other---. So---they planned a sabotage---that would really put the engine program in a big disrupt---.

The information that was stolen or sold to them---was extremely legitimate information---the contents were as legitimate as they could be but the impurity level measured in microns was sabotaged---.

So---basically a successful engine suddenly has blades fracturing at or around 200 hours mark--- to develop and operate a new engine for 200 hours takes time---. The error was not caught in time---same mistake was made again---. That again put the program back by years---.

What recently came out was that a micron level imuprity in a single crystral blade turning at thousand of rpm's makes that micron level impurity crawl from its molecular position---thus creating micro fractures ultimately resulting in blade failure---.

A good video on the subject matter is available by "millenium 7 " on youtibe.

Hi,

Anyone recall from which extremely famous english main character this comment is taken from---?

Not to mention physical fitness. They are a lot more active. Most of Pakistan don't have much of a concern for physical activity.

“Pakistan and Turkey are two countries, one nation”, Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan, Chief of the Air Staff Pakistan Air Force.

17 January, 2020: “Pakistan and Turkey are two countries, one nation. They not only share common culture and faith but also have similar interests and challenges.” This was stated by Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan, Chief of the Air Staff, Pakistan Air Force, while addressing the board members of Association of Justice Defenders and Strategic Studies Center (ASSAM) in Turkey.

The Air Chief said that Pakistan fully supports Turkey on Cyprus and other regional issues and also stood by Ankara in its war against terrorism. The Air Chief also lauded Turkey’s support to Azerbijan during latter’s conflict with Armenia to liberate territories occupied for nearly 30 years.

Referring to the regional situation in South Asia, the Air Chief said that India had been persistently rejecting Pakistan’s repeated and visible peace gestures and continued to sponsor its proxies in Afghanistan to destabilize Pakistan through terrorist activities. He further added that the ever-deteriorating situation in Kashmir and plight of its people were a big question mark for the global community as it was unfortunate to see economic interests taking precedence over moral and ethical values. He thanked Turkish President, Foreign Minister, and Parliament Speaker for their supportive statements on Kashmir issue at various international forums.

Expressing his views on defence cooperation between Pakistan and Turkey, the Air Chief underscored the ever-increasing relationship between the two defence industries and termed the bilateral cooperation as “exemplary”. He pointed out that military cooperation must be built on economic cooperation, and added that joint projects, exercises, production, training, and technology sharing are leading areas of cooperation between the two countries. He stressed that in order to cope with contemporary challenges and common interests, both the countries needed to further strengthen their defence cooperation.

Also, Pakistani are lazy. They want high paying job without making any effort.
