BVR capabilities of PAF

its for PAF to know which of its aircraft are BVR capable and its adversaries to guess which ones are or not, that is why PAF will never release pics of its aircraft will full weapons capabilities.

That's the reason JF-17 has failed to impress any buyer. If you adopt such a flop marketing strategy, even a lollipop can't be sold.

The potential buyers don't just rely on portfolios, however for the die hards, there's plenty material available.

What would be good is a nice HD video of JF-17 using all kinds of weapons including BVR's and explaining its versatility and benefits.

We do have videos of JF-17 launching missiles and air-to-ground bombs from high altitude.

If the video is not available, it doesn't mean it does not exist. Besides, customers interested in buying JF-17 don't really need videos. They can call up PAF, arrange a trip to PAC ifself and see everything for themselves. They are not internet warriors. They get detailed briefing on the plane/weapons etc, something a UHD video won't provide. That's why Thunder has been making appearances at airshows. A live airshow is better than paper brochures.

Not really. You first have to make up your mind that you are planning to sell or not sell. At this stage PAF seems confused, since the first priority is building JF-17 numbers for PAF, and unless they have sufficient numbers at home and combat ready there isn't much they can do. It's okay to keep negotiations on the sidelines. Once the platform is ready, go sell it full steam ahead.

So far potential buyers has rejected and opted for russian aircrafts. Whether JF-17 is inept or our marketing strategy is inept
