Its the fault of the selection process who recruited a man with gambling problems and then his seniors who sent him abroad without proper screening. The intel agency (ISI) that caught him, gets the blame. Bravo !

I have a lot of respect for you. But this is not about armed forces but all those who are in position of power. Politicians, bureaucrats and even the top business community.

ALl of these keep their assets and see future of their kids outside Pakistan. Then do they deserve a position of power ? They dont trust their own asset to thrive in Pakistan but we should trust our key positions with them. How justified is this ? These people are so powerful that they can establish internaitonal level universities in Pakistan but rather they want their kids to live abroad (alot of them not all).

Start counting from 1999, all of Pakistani Military must have been compromised according to this thread, since so many children went in the last 20 years.

Well there are many on duty officers who have presently green card and most of the retires are in US already i know one high rank retired officer lives in DC whos kids bought gas station on cash in 2001.. all of their families lives like royal they treated vip when go to embassy of Pak and treated vvip when also visit Pakistan.
Whos going to figured out why our bureaucrasy army and politician keep their kids out of Pak or keep their doors open to run to west.. we as nation sud stop this people who move to high rank and later move to west with not only money they made but with the info they collected over the years.

I would have agreed if its a case of few individual but if it is a norm then its a mater of culture. A culture where the person who are incharge to make things better keep their bets on other countries for their own assets.

screening process in initial selection and limitations in access to projects. Effective measures need to be in place.

did u not notice that this guy wasim akram was given opportunities/access much higher than his pay scale, and he capitalized on it. whose fault is it ?
