BREAKING: U.S. Stages Massive "Moose Walk" in ALASKA (F-22s, E-3s, C-17s, C-130s and C-12F)

China should do one of these moose walks

They should come up with a nice name for their version.

I think "Dragon's Breath" would be kinda cool.

What you guys think @rott @GeraltofRivia @viva_zhao ?
Sorry to say, but China culture is not like that. We need to demonstrate our deterrence, but probably not in US style.

We are not USSR, China truly want to have a universal harmony, it's not just rhetoric. Showing military power and threatening our neighbors is not in China's interest at all.

Those intelligence agents knew very well what China is capable of, no matter China show our military power or not.

But wouldn't that be for the neighbours to decide what counts as threats and power posturing?

I mean…cool and all, in normal times I’d love to see this. But why? Isn’t this money best spent somewhere else right now? I don’t know…maybe…The little event USA is dealing with right now? Just a suggestion.

How come the elephant walk turned into a moose walk? Elephant walk is a more apt description.

I guess it's supposed to be some childish joke referring to the native Moose that roam around Alaska and since they're are also large land animals, one could substitute Elephants for Moose due to the fact that they are both large and Moose live in Alaska and the jets are in Alaska as well doing the 'walk' hence....Moose Walk lol.

If China were to do the same Moose Walk/Elephant Walk thingy, some person would just title the article "DRAGON WALK" cause China and dragons lmao.

It's a dumb joke really, nothing all that witty about it.

"Moose" walk??

What kind of pc liberal let's not offend the locals tripe is that?

It's an elephant walk.

Maybe....at a push....I would accept "woolly mammoth" walk in light of the tundra climate.

I agree. It is our neighbors decide.

Hard power is one of the factors, the intention, history, ideology and foreign policy combined together shape our relationship with neighbors.

US rely on hard power too much in past decades, it's not smart.

The United States over-reliance on using hard-power will become a big issue and already has become an issue (Venezuela, Iran, North Korea etc..) currently.

What I do know is that many Americans simply lack the foresight as well as the ability to think critically about actions and their subsequent consequences...

Trump may win heart of those blue collar rust zone, a lot of blue collar are sick of Clinton, understandable, they have reason to be angry.
But Trump diplomacy is not wise, but many Americans don't give a shit about it, they only care what they get in those 4 years of Trump presidency.
