Thats a bit contradictory,don't you think??An useless organization barely could solve petty problems,they don't have power to solve so complex ones.Plus,Kashmir issue is bilateral as per Indo-Pakistan treaty which whole world knows.Plus,even if implemented,it'll fundamentally will go against Pakistan and China.

At least 20 terrorists have been neutralised in a daring cross-LoC operation by the Indian Army in response to the Uri attack.
