How pathetic does Pakistan look? All it requires is some bastard in Paris to say something and Lahore is burning. Some Dutch cnut says something Islamabad is burning. So American says something and people die in Karachi. Pakistan does not need enemies. It has plenty at home.

Pakistan's stability hangs on the words of somebody in Paris? And then they say Pakistan is 10th most powerful country. More like 10th most weakest.

I hope the state has learnt its lessons. I hope this will be allowed no more.

As much as i want TLP to be banned, but this is not how the govt should do it. On what basis? Because thay want French ambassador out?. First cut their funding, try to label them with TTP, RAW or atleast something that'll make TLP look bad

They won't because the Armed Forces aren't lead by men that work in the interests of Pakistan or its people because that could result in Western

sanctions being placed on those military leaders and officers whose retirement plans center on settling down in Canada, the US and UK.

The TLP are good men and it's obvious that they're attempting to ban this party like the MMA because they're gaining a lot of popularity in the country and could be strong contenders in upcoming elections in the next 10 years.

And this is smart move. State has taken the legitimacy from the group so now the lower cadre wouldn't be able to practice violence knowing well they wont come out of jail. Also open association with the party is criminalized so do the public gathering.

Whether Pakistan succeeds actually has nominal effect on my life. I will be dead within 25 years assuming I make it to UK average. But remember this.

Pakistan will never succeed unless religion is not relegated into the private sphere like it is in Erdogan's Turkey. If not you will always have some two bit mullah raising mobs and causing havoc.


The fact is Pakistan as a society is woefully unequiped for the 21st century global economy. Chinese building a few motorways. Buying some Russian, American or Chinese or Turkish defence platforms. Buying Japanese or Korean cars. Importing the fruits of modern world. Like even having to depend on outsiders to import vaccines - including India tells you Pakistan is a medieval society living in 2021.

You live in 1500 but then import from the 2021 world. For money workers have to illegally migrate abroad or pay agents money to get to GCC. Then the remittances are sent back to Pakistan.

This is how medieval Pakistan makes a living. From remittances from abroad and exporting some raw products of nature. Even then 220 million country exports don't match a small European city of 1 million people.

That is pathetic. And the reason is ......

Worse then the TLP types are the urban middle class in Pakistan and many ex-pats in the west. They live life of the west but then have one hypocriye foot in medievalism. Example of hypocrites urban middle class in Pakistan I have observed close up in places like Islamabad. Wife will have five servants, two driver, 2 maids all being paid starvation wages. They treet them like animals. Then they will have one son sent abroad as student in UK, a daughter in US doing some course in some B grade university. They could do this in Pakistan but want that kudos of Western univesity.

The husband will have some government job where he will be milking the state for millions of corrupt rupees. They will have bought a apartment in Dubai. Go to holday in London. Then when marriage time comes get one daughter married to some doctor in USA. Thus they will have one foot in West and another in Pakistan. The husband will rape millions more from the state and then retire either abroad or live like a moghul in Islamabad surrounded by Western luxury.

And then they will talk of Islam and false piety.

To be fair the real victims are the poor, destitute followers of groups like TLP. They have been used and abused by the ruling elite. Instead of following Sadd Rizvi they would be better served by following a Pakistani version of a Marxist MaoTse Tung and do a real Long March on Islamabad.
