Solution 1: can be solved by proper polling, Kashmirs can chose Pakistan or India or there own free land.
(Which will never happen)
Solution 2: United Nations Trusteeship Council take over the situation in there own hands (the best option IMO)

If pak had really wanted an independent kashmir then they would have let the part occupied by pakistan as an independent kashmir.

Their whole idea is to occupy and make it a part of pak.
