Maybe..maybe not. but if Pakistan does it in a way that it gets compromised, there will be big trouble. Pakistan needs to do this without doing what india did in balochistan. With Khulbushan's arrest, the whole narrative in balochistan was reversed..even though international media didn't cover it as much, the whole international community turned its eye away from the balochistan issue and let Pakistan handle it. If Pakistan is caught supporting them with material and equipment, the enemy could use that to malign the real freedom struggle that this is. Steps need to be taken that will avoid this struggle being branded as a terrorist movement.

You can't equate Kashmir to Balochistan.
