Yeah...if we're going for one or two decommissioned Ming class and that's going to happen within 2019, within that time those junks will actually be sunkmarine...so traveling under water would be a plus.

They will be maintenance heavy for sure. How much time they will spend out of docks will be the real question. Anyhow,one has to start somewhere.

BD navy won't have much deterrent value anytime soon. That's just a basic fact. It might be of some deterrent value to Myanmar but not much else.

I would have bet given so close to the water, a couple of jets with air refueller support would have been a better but since they give long endurance and an ability to strike deep into Myanmar.

and who will give the extra money??? ...development of the people should be the first priority ......2 ming class are enough for a minimum detterence for the time being when bd faces no immidiate threat
