For them, visa laga, fine. nahi laga, saly, americi . Govt don't care nor there is any market driven infrastures to train people specially for US jobs. Anyone intrested, have to do everything on their own. Indians are 1.2 billion people. There is lot of demand from locals to get trained for US jobs, even tho may b 1 out of 10,000 if not 100,000 will ultimately get the job.
