How can you blame the Home Ministry... If someone is determined to attack, they would do it somehow. The real test would be if they are able to catch the guilty party correctly or not.

Well people expect to prevent any terrorist attack on them........nothing wrong in it.
Just 3months earlier a failed attack was done at same place........this time terrorists pulled this off.........well it seems like HM was sleeping or taking for gauranted that same place wont be hit twice

Keeping in view laziness and non seriousness on part of atleast Police departments in our part of the world its NOT possible to prevent such incidents specially when population is too big and security apparatus is not up to date

Did you see anyone blaming isi or cia or mossad or any "others" for this blast?On the other hand check out the threads about any major terror attacks in pakistan..we can see a lot of cia,black water,raw,mossad, kfc allegations flying around.
On topic-rip the dead..we need to find who are all behind this blasts and give them hell covertly and overtly..

Update: Home secretary RK Singh said there was no prior intelligence input about a possible attack at Delhi High Court. The blast happened in a public area where anyone can just come and drop a suitcase and walk away.

This could be due to local reasons too.... people are always pissed off with Delhi High Court Decisions..... they SUCK !!
